We take care of our guests as they would take care of their family.
In our apartment you and yours will meet at home. Unlike a stay in a Hotel, they will be free from contact with other travelers outside their family and friends. You will be able to enjoy your own kitchen space with the best appliances and all in a clean and aseptic space.
Our apartment has been rigorously disinfected by a certified company, is cleaned with approved products for the removal of Covid-19 after each trip and is thoroughly treated. Upon arrival you will receive a Pack of masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel for use by the guest and their relatives or companions.
- We ask you to remain quietly after 00:00, in order to ensure that every resident can rest peacefully.
-REMEMBER, check-out time is 11:00.
-Leave the apartament in the same state you found it when you first arrived.
-Don´t leave rubbish inside the apartament.
-When absent, turn off the air conditioning and unnecessary lights.
-All persons occupying a room must register at the entrance (ID card or passaport)
-Management reserves the right to cancel the rent contract if civil rules are not followed.
-Management will not be responsable for the loss of objects left in the room, or damages caused to vehicles inside the parking lot facilities.
-Any fault inside the apartament, or loss of keys will be discounted from the deposit.
-Pets are NOT allowed
